KarVibe offers both Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for customers worldwide.
Standard Shipping
Standard orders are delivered through local postal services or trusted last-mile delivery partners in the destination country. Depending on your location, a signature may be required upon delivery, so we recommend using an address where someone is available during business hours.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited orders are shipped through premium international carriers based on the destination country and package size. Shipping costs may vary depending on the order weight and delivery location.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Please note that shipping is currently unavailable for:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Certain remote islands or restricted delivery regions

All orders are carefully processed and packed through our partner fulfillment centers and warehouse facilities located in China.

If you need your package delivered before a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting Expedited Shipping.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees required by the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
You can track your package through the following carriers:

- Royal Mail (United Kingdom)
- Australia Post (Australia)
You may also use universal tracking platforms such as 17TRACK for international shipments.
Delivery Information
Most packages are delivered directly to your shipping address.
In rare cases, local postal services may require pickup at a nearby post office or collection center.
Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping may be available for qualifying orders during promotional periods.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirements, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Due to international customs regulations and rising logistics costs, shipping charges may still apply to certain destinations, including the United States.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping Cost
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
